OfferDesk is a SaaS service of Flink Software B.V.

The NLdigital Voorwaarden 2025 (the general terms and conditions of the Dutch trade association for the digital sector) apply to all our offers and agreements. They are filed with the District Court of Midden-Nederland, Utrecht.

Our terms include, among other things, a limitation of liability.
